Who processes the data
I, Nicola Dibitetto, am the data controller. For any request about your data you can write to me at [email protected].
What data I collect and why
Contact form. I ask for your full name, email address and the text of your request: they are mandatory, because without them I could not reply. Company, role and area are optional. Together with the message I receive the confirmation that you have read this notice, with date and time. I use this data only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Email, phone, WhatsApp. If you contact me directly, I process the data you give me for the same purpose and on the same basis.
Browsing. The site is made of static pages. The provider that hosts it records, for security and operational reasons, technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and page visited. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How your message reaches me
When you send the form, the data passes through a function of the site that turns it into an email and delivers it to my mailbox. The site keeps no archive of requests: the message stays only in my mailbox.
Who else processes the data
I rely on two providers, which act as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and runs the function that sends the form
- Aruba S.p.A., which manages my mailbox
Cloudflare is based in the United States and may also process data outside the European Union: the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. I do not share your data with anyone else and I do not use it for marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep messages for the time needed to handle the request. If no working relationship follows, I delete them within twelve months of the last contact. If one does, I keep them for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
At any time you can ask me for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, or object to the processing (Arts. 15–22 of the Regulation). Just write to me at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no traffic analysis tools, and the typefaces are served by the site itself, with no calls to external services. The provider that hosts the site may set technical cookies strictly necessary for security: these do not require consent.
