About

Nicola Dibitetto, Enterprise Architect

A specialist with several years of experience in digital transformation, in Governance, Application, Demand and Cyber Risk Management roles, built first in consulting and then on the company side.

I support the business in defining and optimising processes, managing requirements and governing application services, combining hands-on skills, data analysis and a process view.

What is decided must be possible to reconstruct and demonstrate: this holds for a purchasing flow, for a security rule, for the use of an AI tool

Experience

I know the structure from different perspectives

I worked first for those who build systems, then for those who use them and have to govern them. I bring both points of view to a company, plus a third.

From the consulting side

As a functional analyst in an international consulting firm I worked on SAP platforms for clients in luxury fashion and large-scale retail: requirements gathering, functional analysis, definition of architectures and roadmaps.

From the company side

As a business analyst in an industrial group I follow supply chain and procurement processes on SAP ECC and S/4HANA: migrations and system carve-outs, integrations with external applications, coordination of suppliers on cost, timing and service levels, through to testing and go-live.

From the evidence side

As a technical consultant in civil and criminal proceedings I analyse digital devices and files, and with Lexlock I am bringing to market a platform to verify their integrity. More than any other, it is the work that teaches you to demand that every step leaves a verifiable trace.

Sectors of the clients I have worked for

  • Luxury fashion
  • Large-scale retail
  • Manufacturing
